Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Funds.Stream ("us," "we," or "our") online platform (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Please be aware that Funds.Stream does not directly manage any payment transactions within the App, including the collection of fees or accessing funds. These functions are solely handled by our trusted payment services providers which are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Our software serves as an intermediary, facilitating communication with the payment services providers. This ensures that payment processing instructions between contributors, card issuers, banks, organizers, and payment services providers are accurately reflected within the platform user interface.

In the event of any disputes arising concerning the use of Funds.Stream's services, users are required to raise the matter with Funds.Stream's team via the "Contact Us" form provided on the platform. Funds.Stream's dedicated disputes resolution team will promptly investigate the matter and aim to resolve it as soon as possible. We are committed to ensuring fair and transparent resolution of disputes to maintain the integrity of our platform and the satisfaction of our users. Please note that all decisions made by Funds.Stream's disputes resolution team shall be final and binding.

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Abide by all applicable laws and regulations.
• Respect the rights and privacy of other users.
• Not engage in any unlawful or harmful activities, including but not limited to hacking, phishing, or distributing malware.
• Not use the Service for any unauthorized purposes without our prior written consent.

All content and materials available on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Funds.Stream or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the Service without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any conduct that may harm us or other users.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service, and we disclaim all liability for any errors or omissions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (d) any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Service; or (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• List, sell, or promote prizes, items, or activities that are stolen, illegally obtained, or infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Engage in or promote human trafficking, including the exploitation or trafficking of individuals for any purpose.
• Offer or trade human body parts or organs, including but not limited to organs for transplantation.
• List or advertise firearms, explosives, or other weapons, including items that may be prohibited or restricted by applicable laws and regulations.
• Promote or engage in any illegal activities, including but not limited to drug trafficking, fraud, or money laundering.
• Post or share explicit or adult content that violates our content guidelines.
• Engage in harassment, hate speech, or any form of discriminatory behavior towards other users.
• Phishing scams or attempts to steal personal or financial information.
• Distribution of malware, viruses, or other harmful software.
• Impersonation of other users or misrepresentation of your identity.
• Violation of privacy, including the unauthorized sharing of personal information.
• Spamming or sending unsolicited messages to other users.
• Violation of copyright or trademark rights.
• Any other activities that are illegal, unethical, or harmful to the community.

Users of the Service must be 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
